Full-week, Saturday-Saturday stays required between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Three-night stays or longer required the remainder of the year. Additional guests above stated occupancy are $35/night or $175/week plus tax per person. All lodging rates subject to a 5.5% sales tax and 4% room tax.
